Before founding AZS Global, Omer Sagheer served as VP of Finance and Treasurer at Scoular Company, a top-ten agriculture company, from August 2008 to September 2019. His collaboration with department heads ensured strategic alignment with corporate goals, while his management of multi-million-dollar budgets optimized resource allocation and achieved cost efficiencies. From August 2005 to August 2008, Omer Sagheer was the VP of Business Development and Marketing at White Energy, a startup renewable energy company backed by private equity firms. He hired and managed employees to maximize productivity, aligned organizational objectives with the company mission, and oversaw the construction of two facilities valued at $400 million, completed on time and within budget. His oversight of FP&A operations, budget implementation, and capital needs for equity and debt financing was crucial to the business’s success.

Earlier in his career, Omer Sagheer was a Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank of Omaha from October 2000 to August 2005.
